Prawns Pakodas

Prawns Pakodas are a good snacks for all ages. Here is the easy recipe for the yummy snack.

Ingredients:

1 lb small sized prawns
2 tsp gram flour or you can use corn flour also
1 tsp of garam masala
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
(If you wantit more spicy add 1/2 tsp of black pepper into it)

Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Coriander leaves to garnish

Method:

Clean the Prawns thoroughly.
Mix all ingredients to prawns and set aside for 30 minutes to get all the flavours well into the prawns.
Heat the oil to high first,then lower it to medium heat and fry till it turn to golden brown.

(Instead of frying in the oil you can grill the prawns also.)

Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with tomato sauce or chutneys.
